48 hours cancellation notice is required by phone. You will be charged the full amount of your service if you fail to cancel within the time given. We need this notice because we offer a one-on-one service, and rarely accept walk-in guests.
Booking an appointment for a friend or family using your credit card to secure the appointment makes you completely responsible for the services booked. If your friend or family member does not show for the appointment or fail to cancel within the time given you will be charged for the full amount of the services booked.
We send confirmation emails 48 to 72 hours before appointments.
Coupons
A valid Visa, Mastercard or American Express card is required to secure your appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 48 hours or do not show up for your appointment (No Show), the value of your coupon will be charged to your card on file. *You must call to cancel your appointment.
Re-Booking Fee
At Le Chateau de Frenche we look forward to giving you exceptional service. Because of this, guests who arrive more that 15 minutes late for a one-hour appointment may have to re-schedule to a later time or date, and be charged a 30% fee for the lost appointment.
