Le Chateau de Frenche requires at least one week cancellation notice or changes to party appointment. Any changes made within that time period will be subject to the original charge including the 30% group booking fee.
A credit card is required to reserve any appointment. Your Signature on the Event Contract authorizes Le Chateau de Frenche to charge the designated credit card for any and all received, missed, cancelled or changed appointment including the 30% booking fee. All service charges will be processed one week in advance of the party’s arrival, any additional service request on that day will be charged the same day to the credit card on file.
We recommend that you and your guest arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We are unable to guarantee appointment more that 15 minutes late, although we will do our best to accommodate
